3. How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately after placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process, we may not be able to cancel the order.
4. What is your refund policy?
Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the problem and provide a refund or replacement if necessary. Please note that we do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers or eatables, unless the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.
5. How long does it take to process a refund?
If a refund is approved, it will take approximately 3-5 days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method. We appreciate your patience during this process.
6. What is your shipping policy?
We strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders. For domestic buyers, we ship orders within 3-5 days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. International buyers can expect their orders to be shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post. Please note that Ekaiva Organics is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities.
